You can change your membership plan at any time from your Account Dashboard.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top navigation.

  3. Select Plan.

  4. Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.

  5. Confirm your selection.


When will my plan change?

  • Upgrade: You’ll get access to the new plan features right away.

  • Downgrade: Your current plan will remain active for the rest of the current billing cycle.


Having trouble changing your plan?

  • Make sure your current membership is active.

  • Try refreshing the page, or logging out and back in.

  • Check that the payment method in your account is valid.
