You can change your membership plan at any time from your account dashboard.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top navigation.

  3. Select Plan.

  4. Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.

  5. Confirm your selection.

Your changes will take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle, depending on your plan.


What happens after you change your plan?

  • Upgrade: You’ll get access to the new plan features right away.

  • Downgrade: Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.


Having trouble changing your plan?

  • Make sure your membership is active.

  • Try refreshing the page, or logging out and back in.

  • Check that the payment method in your account is valid.
